…..and to continue the next morning he stoked up the
sounds yet again in a pristine quiet park, I told them to turn down the sounds
and she said she had already asked him once….next thing they were having a
scrap….good shit...he begrudgingly gave in.
After leaving the peace and serenity and leaving the superstar to be coulas we headed back across Melbourne to Harry and Marges for the last time to set up for the Great Ocean Road ride.
Huge thanks to these two, they are diamonds, we changed the engine, gearbox and diff oils and did some other maintenance to tidy things off.
Starting the GOR was slow, everybody is in cruze and gork out the window mode so we went with the flow.
Arriving at our camp site was nice at the Aire River East camp, unfortunately we booked site No20, right beside the road and had an old creek area running through the middle so we opted for another location within the site which wasn’t technically a camp site but no one was bothered, a big van came in and they had booked No9 …they couldn’t even fit under the trees so we gave them our No20….turns out they were Kiwis too but lived in Oz most of their life.
Great Ocean Walk part of the views
A very peaceful and nice place to visit, we even saw another black snake.
